Alessandro prepared many meals for us, each one with care and attention to detail and flavored. The food is amazing and always a favorite during our stay. He is organized, punctual, communicative and easy to work with, making any meal or cooking class perfect and delicious.
Alessandro joined us twice while staying in Trequanda. His pleasant manner, patient teaching and cooking skills, along with delicious recipes, made for memorable evenings for the 12 of us! We are delighted to have copies of his recipes. Highly recommend!
Had Alessandro to our villa for a cooking class / dinner arranged by the villa owner. Had such a great time and the food was wonderful. Alessandro was so knowledgable and patient helping us to fine tune some techniques. Had such a good time and wished we had him booked for another few nights. Do not hesitate to book him while in Tuscany!!!
We hired Alessandro for three separate events and each one was great. We were staying at a villa in Trequanda with our family and had 10 people including us there. I communicated with him through email to plan each event. He was responsive and very helpful in with planning these events. First we had Alessandro prepare a dinner we could heat up for our arrival day. It was easy, had simple directions and was delicious. The next event was a catered dinner for several celebrations we were recognizing. He and his assistant were so gracious and efficient. The table was beautiful and the food was once again delicious. The third event was a cooking class. He had to manage 10 of us!! He was outstanding! He was patient, kind and supportive giving great instruction and made us feel so accomplished in our endeavor! If I could I would have brought him home with me!!
We had an amazing time with Alessandro in his cooking class. He is very personal and makes the class so enjoyable. The food is wonderful. He is an excellent cook as he cooked for us one night also while we vacationed at our villa. Not only does he present a wonderful meal but he cleans up as if he was never there. Taking a cooking class in Italy has been on my \"bucket list\" for years. Alessandro did not disappoint! My daughter, sister-in-law and I were staying in a small villa near San Giovanni D\'Asso. Alessandro came to our villa for the class and did an admirable job in the tiny kitchen. We are all experienced cooks but we learned some new techniques and had great fun in the process. Alessandro came to our holiday house near Montisi and taught us how to cook an authentic 4 course, regional meal. No mean feat with 2 teenagers and a man who has never cooked a full meal himself! We all learnt lots and can\'t wait to take the recipes home to remind us of our Tuscan holiday. Bought the Vin Santo today to stew the guinea fowl in, Alessandro!!!! Chef Alessandro has the the perfect blend professional and personalized service. He cooked a delicious meal at the villa we rented (La Casa dei Fiordalisi in Trequanda) for 15 people (fresh pasta, grilled meats, grilled veggies, fresh fruit and ice cream) and true to his word, all we had to do was set the table - everything else was taken care of through to clean-up and all with a smile. We also took advantage of his offer for a mixed wine selection which was waiting for us upon arrival. He also accepts credit cards which was very much appreciated.
