Wedding dinner
Chef Alessandro came to our villa in Tuscany and prepared to most delicious dishes for our wedding dinner. He was on time, professional, and clearly is an amazing chef. His waitress was also wonderful! Each course was freshly made on premises..from the pasta to the cake. While visiting Italy we went to many restaurants and this was our favorite dinner out of our two week stay in Italy. We still talk about how amazing everything was. We are so happy we found Alessandro and highly recommend him ! Thank you for making our day so special Alessandro, we look forward to having you come cook for us next time we visit Tuscany!

Cooking class with friends
We had a lovely evening with Eleonora. She was very good and the food was delicious. We had a lot of fun with our group and will have fond memories.

Wonderful dinner at home
Alessandro made our family of 6 a wonderful traditional Tuscan dinner in our villa. It was our last evening in Tuscany and the meal by Alessandro just summed up all that is amazing about Tuscany. Now that I\'m home, I am super excited to try to make some of the dishes by using Alssandro\'s app. The app, Tuscan Chef, has recipes and even video tutorials! Thanks Alessandro for the great meal and the gift of Italian cooking.

It was just perfect
We loved it - the chef (Eleanora) was so lovely to have at the house (and so incredibly patient with our busy house/crying kids/etc), the food was fantastic, and having the meal at the house was just really lovely - particularly on my parents travel day. She spent so much time making the dishes and attention to detail - it was just perfect. In hindsight, I wish we had booked her for more nights just bc so many days we're so tired by dinner time that it's nice to stay in. She left the kitchen spotless. Highly recommended!

Total Tuscan Experience
Alessandro organized a wonderful day for us. He met us in Sinalunga and walked us through shopping in the traditional outdoor market, selecting delicious fresh seafood and vegetables based our input regarding what we would enjoy cooking. We brought the ingredients home and he guided us through preparing a spectacular 4 course meal. We used what he taught us on our own later in the week. Highly recommend Alessandro, he was organized, efficient, worked around some dietary restriction, and saw that we all were engaged in cooking. August 23, 2016.

Cooking in Cortona
We had the most marvelous night, cooking with the lovely Eleonora. She was so patient with us, helped us understand the proper technique for all we cooked and helped us to cook a fabulous meal. It was a great bonding experience for our group of friends and ended with one of our best meals ever!

My 50th - A Tuscan Treat
Last weekend I had my 50th birthday at the Cignella Estate in Trequanda. I was recommended to use Alessandro by a friend and he was terrific. The canapes for the reception were delicious and then came a sumptuous 6 course meal which was beautifully prepared. The birthday cake to end the meal was delicious too and fortunately had only one candle! Congratulations and thank you Alessandro.

Delightful dinners!!!
During our New Year\'s Eve holiday in a Tuscan villa we had the chance to taste two delightful dinners prepared by Alessandro. We had the first dinner delivered at home on the first day, and a full service dinner, prepared and cooked at home, the following day. In both cases the food was delicious! In particular, it was wonderful to have Alessandro and his assistant taking care of everything in our warm and comfortable place while outside it was cold and raining! We were 10 adults and 9 children and this solution was just perfect for us. Thanks to Alessandro we also got in touch with a masseuse that made our vacation even more relaxing. You made everything perfect! Thanks a lot!

Tuscan Adventure in Cooking
Alessandro came to the converted monastery where we were staying. He selected a marvelous menu, was organized and knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with. He was the tutor and we were his students. The resulting masterpiece was a bountiful, sumptuous dinner with a great chef and a memorable enchanting evening. Thanks.
