Enjoyed an wonderful evening of cooking and camaraderie with Chef Alessandro this month. What an experience! Chef was a great teacher, our fellow students were a joy, and the food was delicious! Definitely one of the best experiences of our time in Italy!

Dear Daniela Well we are back home in Australia and it's nearly a month since our wedding, so apologies this is so belated - but we both wanted to thank you and your team at the Tuscan Chef for your amazing service for both our wedding dinner and the other dinner. We really have only wonderful things to say. You were so helpful right from the beginning, and so amazing at catering for all of our dietary requirements - we felt like nothing was too much trouble. Awesome cooking class!

The 7 of us took a cooking class this evening for nearly 4 hours. I wasn't sure how the kids would react to the class, but all three of them loved it! They were eager to jump in and chop, mix, and peel. Our menu for the evening included Chicken Liver Pate Crostini, handmade Ravioli Stuffed with Potatoes and herbs, Crusted Pork Tenderloin, and Crostata for dessert. After the work was done, we relaxed at the table, savored every bite of our "hard earned" meal, and talked and laughed together.

Great job Alessandro !. We really enjoyed the relaxed cooking class you gave at our villa. We learned a lot and are anxious to start using the recipes you gave us. Dear Alessandro, Firstly I want to thank you for the meal you delivered. Everything was perfect and worked really well. As the meal was delivered, your suggestions to make the meal better were exactly right. The meal we cooked together was very good fun and you guided us with skill and a great sense of humour. We all enjoyed the cooking very much. But then, to have it served to us, allowed us to sit down together and enjoy our time as a family. It was a magical time for my family. Alessandro: Could not be more happy with cooking class and dinner. Chef Eleonora was fantastic, truly unbelievable. We were an unruly group at best - all with definite ideas about food and its preparation. Eleonora was knowledgeable, attentive and fun. She provided us all with an evening we will never forget. The food was spot on...and we really learned the intricacies of making Gnocchi. As I wanted, the evening should be the high point of our visit to Tuscany. On behalf of all of us both - food preparers and dinners, I want to thank you, Eleonora and Consuelo for creating a great memory of Italy to take home. Gracie tanti.
